We are dedicated to serving all patients, including our ongoing work at Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs). This requires us to be opted in to Medicare. Because of this we’re unable to enter into cash-based arrangements with Medicare patients at this time. Our hope is to offer you our services in the future if we become opted-out physicians. Please feel free to join our waiting list, and we’ll be happy to notify you when our status changes. Just send us a message at the Contact Us page and we will let you know as soon as this becomes available.

An osteopathic treatment typically involves a thorough evaluation, followed by gentle hands-on techniques to address restrictions in your body's tissues, muscles, and joints. Depending on your needs, treatments may focus on improving mobility, reducing pain, and supporting your body’s natural healing process. Each session is personalized and may include gentle manipulation, stretching, and balancing of the body’s structure to help your body function at its best. In general, our techniques are very gentle. Occasionally we will have you push or pull to activate muscles. Sometimes we will do direct fascial work that can be more direct than other treatment modalities. It is all dependent on what your body needs that day.

Partly yes. The term craniosacral therapy originated from osteopathic treatment, but it has since been taught to many non-physicians with varying levels of background and skill. As osteopathic physicians, we perform significant cranial work and consider ourselves experts in this field, offering a deeper medical understanding of how to support your health through these techniques.

The number of treatments varies depending on your specific condition and health goals. Some patients may feel significant improvement after just one session, while others may benefit from a series of treatments. During your initial consultation, we will assess your needs and provide a personalized recommendation for the best treatment plan. Our goal is to get you better and only need us if new events occur in your life.
